Does anyone out there use a Nationwide card reader machine?
I am online paying bills etc, i have come to my first transaction and teh screen tells me to use my card reader, OMG I thought but I followed four easy steps and the reader cave me a code to put into the banking screen, screen turned brght red and said I have made an error, I have tried several times but to no avail, I am not very technical but I thik I can manage this.
I'm only trying to pay my bills, bills I've benn paying with Nwide for many years and now I can't.
help any one .....please.
