« on: June 16, 2008, 13:24:55 PM »
Hi Everyone,

I have heard off many different members that taking B1 helps stop mosquito bites. Can anyone tell me where to buy B1 as I went to Tescos and they had B1 active B1 complex etc which all contain a small amount of B1 but I couldnt actually just buy B1 tablets. Am i looking for the wrong thing??
Thanks

The are actually called Thiamine hydrochloride which is the name for Vitamin B1.  We tried them last year and had some success.  They must be taken 14 days before and every day whilst abroad.
