Try taking vitimin B complex for two weeks before you go on holiday and throughout your stay.
Also do a search of the forum as there are loads of other hints to keep the blighters away

DSC, do a search and you will find plenty of advice from Marmite (eating not smearing!) to Vitamin B2 tablets

Good luck on your next trip and hopefully it will not be as bad

I find SINKOV spray the best. You can buy it from the local supermarket in Turkiye and the mossies seem to hate it!!

.....and if they do get you, try dabbing on some toothpaste, it relieves the itching, and really does work.  Whoever recommended this- Thank You!

I too have used the Avon skin so soft dry oil body spray and did not get bitten, it has to be the green one not the pink.

Boots Mossie wipes  goes up to tropical strength.  Normal ones worked for me in Calis.  I have also stopped using perfume.
