After reading Duffy2 posts i can only come to one conclusion he is a very aggressive and fowl mouthed person,it would be far better just to ignore his postings. Thanks for this site Scunner it gives all of us who are genuinely interested about Turkey a lot of help and pleasure.

Might I side-track the question of THAT flag (please?) and say that I think the heading on this page -
"Calis-Beach Discushun 4um" - is great. Love it!

I find that some people talk with their fist, some with their heart and some with their brain.
The trouble with Duffy is that he thinks he is intelligent (he probably is) but when he posts on here he does not use his brain enough. If he had a concern that that not flying the Union Jack was not patriotic he should have argued it intelligently.

I haven't been on the forum since monday so i read all this with bemusement! I saw nothing wrong in seeing the Turkish flag, as this is a forum about a little resort in Turkey( correct me if i'm wrong), that we all love! Also alot of members live in different parts of the world so the Union Jack wouldn't have been appropriate. I love the new banner took a few seconds tho' Duh! :-\
