Hi there,
I have been enjoying the CBF site for a long time now but never participated. I bought a property in 2005 and have had a bad experience with an estate agent and thank God have finally got my Tapu through now. So glad that things are a lot more straight forward for others now if they deal with TPC and these things won't happen to anyone else. Look forward to having stress free holidays from now on.

Thanks for all your replies. I live on the other side of the water on the Wirral between Chester and Birkenhead, so strictly not a true Merseysider. Not such a long car ride from North Wales either and so I have the best of both worlds.
