How do they do that?

I have just read an advertisement in the Land of lights for a new development in Tasyaka -it would appear to be at the top by the picture.
They quote 3 minutes to Fethiye....technically possible as Tasyaka is in Fethiye but then go on to say 8 minutes to Olu Deniz! They do not mention where the Helipad is.:(
