FTC Diverted Flight

Have just returned on a night flight from Dalaman to Stanstead except the plane landed at Manchester! Having not booked a meal on the flight and not bought the expensive food at Dalaman was looking forward to getting home and having breakfast.  We were not informed the plane would be diverted to Manchester until last 15 mins of flight.
On arrival at Manchester as the plane was not expected there were no steps immediately available to disembark. Also the baggage hall was already full so we had over an hour wait for our luggage.  The Manchester staff were just as much in the dark as we were but eventually I found out that they wanted our plane to replace one that had a fault and it was more cost effective for FTC to land us at Manchester and bus us back to Stanstead.
I can understand their logic but not the fact that we did not even get a complimentary coffee or decent apology.
Therefore does anyone know an address or phone number for FTC where I can send a complaint?
