Hi I'm Anne.
have just joined the forum.
We have been holidaying in the area for 20 years and love it.
Now considering buying a place over there,initially for holidays then a retirement home.

We too started holidaying in Turkey about 20 years ago, and we bought an apartment in October last year for the same reasons as you are considering.

Well just to update you, we have been to Fethiye last week and bought a resale we heard about in Marine Homes, a very good price.
Feeling a bit nervous and scared now about spending the money but hey ho life is short. OH is still working so a holiday home meantime ( well for him anyway) !!
Took onboard all the advice I read on here first
