Those of you who subscribe to BT Vision and Setanta may wish to check that the service is working. We noticed on NYE that it was down, when we called on Neew years Day to find out what was wrong we were told that there was an issue with BT Vision and Setanta software it was being looked at and would be fixed in the next 2 days. Needless to say still not working and another call to BT Vision we discover that the software was deleting subscriptions. So now we have called customer service desk to get it set up again which will take a further 24 hours. Refund me thinks. This is only those who have BT vision and subscribe to Setanta and may not be all viewers but worth checking.
