Hi Paul, always nice to welcome another Welshie to the forum!   :-\  :)

I'm from Wales (South Wales - between Newport and Chepstow) and we too have bought an apartment (one of eight) near the football stadium at Gunlukbasi.  Its all a bit new to us at the moment, but can understand what you are saying about the maintenance payments etc.  Very difficult to get to meet everyone and arrange group payments for outside lighting/pool etc as we all holiday at different times.  I'm sure there are lots of members on here who have been doing this successfully for years and they will give us some advice.   :)
