No I am not being sarcastic - I really mean it.
I have just spent a few days in hospital and I can honestly say that the treatment was excellent and all investigative tests carried out with the utmost speed. Where else in the world would you receive this for free?
I could criticise the shortage of beds, lack of privacy and probably a number of other things but the bottom line is that it is there when you need it.
What do others think of the NHS?
