Hi to all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm bringing my wife and 5 year old girl out for a fortnight in Calis Beach, late May/early June. Really looking forward to it. We've not been out to Calis Beach before so was looking for some recommendations, tips etc. What sort of temperatures can we expect (I expect everyone asks this)?

Thats it for now - counting down the weeks already.

Steve imo you have picked the best time to come the weather is usually in the late 70s or 80s in the day but comfortable at night to sleep. Welcome to the forum

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum, as mentioned, late May early June is a nice time, it's not too hot, and you can go out in a t-shirt at night, what more do you want. Alan

Welcome to the forum Steve.

As everyone else says, May is a lovely time to visit Calis. We usually come out for the last week of May (school half term) and the weather is gorgeous. If you've timed it right, you might even catch the carnival on the 23rd May.

Hi again,

Thanks for the welcome messages. Now I have a question! We reach Calis at something like 3 o'clock on Sunday morning so our first day in the resort will be the last Sunday in May. As we are going to be a bit knackered, especially our little girl, what would people suggest for a first chilled out day as a way to get a feel for the place? Many thanks again and still counting down the days!!
