I have just recieved the call we have all been waiting for to tell me that the Cement Factory Case has been through all the appeals etc it can go through and it has been upheld in Uzumlu's favour.

This means that a Cement Factory can NEVER be built in the Uzumlu area and there is no other form of appeal that Urantas can take.
There will be a press conference meeting tomorrow, venue to be announced.

Many thanks to those of you who helped and supported the fight and we can finally get on with living in the green and pleasant land where we have all chosen to live , safe in the knowledge that the air we breathe will not be contaminated.

A great result for a united community inspite of the few who said it couldn't be won.

I will post the venue for the meeting for those of you who wish to attend as soon as I get the information.
