I booked flights a year ago with on the beach.com. Over the last 2 weeks they have changed our flight times on 3 seperate occasions. The latest change came by letter yesterday informing me that i will no longer be flying home at 17:00 hrs on 07/09/09 but will be flying at 00:35 hrs on 07/09/09. Result is I loose a days holday and end up with a crap flight time. When I phoned to ask how much compensation I was entiteld to they inform me I am not. But I can cancel the flights and get a refund. They know full well that I will not get the prices I paid a year ago and it will end up costing me a small fortune.Does anyone know if I am entitled to compensation because even a few quid would make me feel a bit better.
