Hi - have iPod 60GB Colour Video Click... can't for the life of me get it to be recognised on my PC.
When connecting says "please wait very low battery (I know it takes at least 30 mins for the battery to charge and then get recognised, but it's been on charge all day!) Then error appears with iPod with an unhappy smiley and
www.apple.com/support/iPod - which frankly is as much use as a chocolate iPod....
Have followed all sorts of directions from the Apple website to no avail.. just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and can help.
