Anyone on this flight from Manchester next Friday?
Seems our flights are now with BM. Not flown with them before but 20kg baggage. Not sure about food as it's not mentioned on my e-tickets.
A1 took two days to answer my emails asking when I could expect my tickets. No reply until 2nd one sent and then just an email with the new flights. No explanation or apology. Leave one hour earlier both ways.
Not the best service I have had but at least we have tickets now:D
