Hi,
There are a couple of Jewellery Shops in Calis, Onur Jewellery and Berlin Jewellers, both have had good write-ups on this Forum.  My daughter bought jewellery at Berlin and was pleased.  There are also a lot of Jewellery shops in Fethiye.  I bought an opal and gold bracelet from one called Dickmans which I was delighted with and it has been much admired.   Always remember to haggle.  You will also find that most Jewellers will repair jewellery very quickly, and sometimes don't charge. They will also make jewellery to your own designs.  Also there are a a couple of very good costume jewellery shops in Fethiye  that I would never miss buying from. Both make there own jewellery and use semi-precious stones in some cases.  They are  Saman (pronounced Shaman) in Paspatur and also Hippy Chic opposite the Mulberry Tree.
Jacqui.

Are these places easy to find for those with no knowledge of Fethiye? My 17 yr old daughter loves good quality costume jewellery and would love to find one of these places! :D

Hi Timmy, Saman is in the first entrance to Paspatur when coming up the one way street that has the banks just near the new honey shop Paspatur is in the old part of town.  Your daughter will love this shop as not only do they have hand made costume jewellery, they also have a great range of really unique clothes.  I buy at least 4 bracelets every time I visit. When we go in my husband is given a seat and a tea to keep him happy while I shop.   Hippy Chic is run by an English lady, it's also on the one way street, just ask for the Mulberry Tree Cafe, its opposite, it just opened. They also have unique pieces.  I bought a brooch and two pairs of earrings this trip.  I must say that these two shops are just the best if you want really unique and reasonably priced costume pieces that always get comments when you get back to the U.K.
