while i was in calis last week ,my friends ali bozkurt ,cem tunc ,ilkar can,took me to a beach restaurant past koca calis near what i think is gunluk sitesi ,there we had a chicken meal ,the chicken was placed on a steel fork embedded in the ground covered with an old olive oil tin and covered in red hot charcoal ,WOW it was fantasic so succulent and not dry,it was served with sauted potatoes and salad and fresh hot bread ,the nicest chicken i've had in years
total cost for 4 of us with drinks ,beers ,fresh chilled cows milk and turkish pancakes 45 ytl:D
