Sorry having problems with accessing links at the mo. Look on the main headings at the top in red. Click on Turkey and in the search box on the right enter Yesil Uzumlu or Kusadasi and you should be able to access both articles

Evening everyone,
Im new here so be patient- My wife is visiting Uzumlu this Friday to look at Greenvine Apartments with a view to purchasing does this particular development fall into the green shaded area that is under discussion at the moment.
And is Uzumlu still the place to be good and bad points please.

I think the Greenvine apt are not in the affected area.
A simple way for her to tell is as she comes down the hill into Uzumlu onto the dual carraigeway the problem area is on the left of the road. I think the appt you are talking about are on the right hand side near the village centre.
Someone will no doubt correct me if I am incorrect.
We have lived here for over 2 years now and even though we have had problems with various issues we still love Uzumlu.

hi everyone.....it seems like the problem with the land in the valley ...regarding agriculture/imar has been resolved......i have land in the green area and 2 of the villa owners next to us got their title deeds last week.my wife was in the tapu office and they have confirmed that theres not a problem now.if your a foreigner you can purchase land and get living permission on building projects in this area.
