Well done your neighbours Woody, I am sure someone will come forward for him, have they let the local vets know they have him just in case someone is looking?.
May be an idea also to put the post on the general 'Calis beach questions and information' just in case people don't look on the 'Fethiye' discussion forum.......hope I don't get told off for saying that!.
Hope you find his owners soon, if he is looked after well as you say, I am sure someone somewhere will be looking for him.
