Boat trip rescue
« on: September 24, 2009, 23:39:11 PM »
We were on a 12 island boat trip on Mon 7th Sept when we witnessed a sea rescue of about 20 people by the coastguard. They had been picked up by another boat which was sheltering in one of the coves  and were being ferried by a small inflatible coastguard boat to a much larger coastguard vessel .We didn,t see the incident but could see about 3 feet of mast sticking above the surface of the water. The sea was very rough that day which must have had something to do with it,our captain played it down when asked what happened he just said *A boat sank* Has anyone heard any more?

Puma, that one was a couple of weeks ago off Olu Deniz, it was not on a 12 island cruise as there are no 12 island cruise run out of Olu Deniz.
