Hi all, have posted a few comments on forum previosly but thought quick introduction. Myself Mike, wife dawn and daughter Ellie recently had a holiday in Calis, we were not expecting to holiday abroad this year as we were going to holiday in the UK and do a bit of water skiing on our little speed boat - because the weatherman had pronmised a "barbecue summer". Well that never arrived so we booked last minute flights/villa to Calis, great place, and now we have ended up putting a deposit down on a new build apartment (EGE 4 near the Sunday market)which should be ready for March next year.
We are intending to rent it out so if anybody knows good letting agents would be glad to hear from them, and also any good companies that can look after changeover between guests - and anything else that I might have not thought of yet.
We are based in a small village called Westbury (about 12 miles from Bath) and are looking forward to spending a bit more time in Turkey.
