Spoke to Engin last night, he is very busy plus he has a problem with his hands so typing if difficult for him, you should give him a ring.

He must be *very* busy because he hasn't bothered to come back with a quote for work that was requested on the 9th April.

Despite all the glowing testimonials I'm afraid that sore hands or no sore hands it isn't really good enough and it looks like we'll end up using someone else.

Managed to get in touch with Engin.

I'll give him his due, once we'd sorted out the communication issue he got cracking on with the work and at a good price as well.  House painted inside and out together with a number of joinery and electrical jobs in under a week, all for.... well, you'll have to ask him the price.

He's now doing maintenance for two properties of ours, plus we recommended him to a friend with four properties who I believe is also now a happy bunny.

Have recently had some work carried out by Engin on our apartment and just wanted to say what an excellent job it is, we are very pleased! Before the job we received a detailed quote which we felt was excellent value for money, and when the job was complete the overall cost came in slightly less than the quote! Engin is not just a good tradesman but also a really nice man. He is doing some more work for us for September and we would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Sadly our experience hasn't been so fantastic. He came over on Monday to look at a villa with us to tell us how much the work needed would cost. He said he'd email us the quote on Tuesday. No sign of it. We're going home tomorrow and in spite of saying on the phone twice that he'd do it immediately and also telling us today that he'd already sent it and he'd check and call us right back there's still no email and no returned phone call. We off back to England not knowing whether to buy the villa and therefore not having met with our solicitor to discuss matters. Shame.
