How often for rental cleans ?

How often do you have the Villa cleaned and change linnen for rentals ?

e.g.  Just clean it at the start of a 1 week rental ?.

Also clean and change linnen  at the end of the 1st week on a 2 week rental ?

or more often ?

We are thinking about chnaging companies so we are trying to gauge what is the norm.

Villa is cleaned for arrival
For  1 week stays villa is cleaned on departure with an option for midweek clean & linen change
For 2 weeks full clean & linen change end of 1st week, departure clean with an opyion for midweek linen change & clean

When we rented we expected the renters to be able to change their own bedding if they wanted to - there was always plenty available for them.

We cleaned before every rental and made sure all the linen was washed and available.

Ours is cleaned for guest on arrival, mid week clean and the same again if they're staying for two weeks.

Ours in cleaned prior to arrival and after one week for a two week rental. We do ensure there is plenty of bedding available should the renter want to increase the frequency. We do the same for towels and again ensure there are plenty spare

Would you like to go on holiday to do the housework?  I know I don't.  
It's our place and I still pay to have it done leaving me free to enjoy my holiday.

Same as Stoop and friends pays for cleaning everything there to change out after a week if so desired.
