We used Pegasus to fly from Stansted to Istanbul SAW & returned with them 9 days later, flights on time, good basic flight at a reasonable price. We wish we had used them from Istanbul to Dalaman & return but opted for THY, on the return flight to Istanbul we got to Dalaman to be told the flight had been cancelled, they said they had been trying to contact us since Monday (5 days before) but my husband had rang them on the Thursday (2 days before) to confirm the flight and was not told it had been cancelled. We had to transfer to a flight a 9pm but this was flight to Istanbul Atatürk ( I hate this airport have never had a good landing yet and it was also a night flight). After much arguing with the THY desk they agreed to transport us from the airport to our accomodation due to the fact we had hired a car for us at Sabiha Gökçen airport which we had to cancel. Stress was not the word on that day.
