Great to see all the photos of the day-can't put mine on as laptop is currently still being fixed

However for more great photos take a look at the Boxing Day Splash slide show on our Carnival website at www.caliscarnival.com. Thanks to iain (Fethiye Times)for taking the photos & arranging the slide show.
We want to say a BiG BiG THANK YOU to EVERYONE for taking part & coming down to support the event on the day. The weather was very kind to us yet again & as Busybee says we have raised approximately 1500 TL for the Carnival charities (once we have received all the sponsor monies)

Any outstanding monies can be given to any committee member, or to Angel in the Nil Bar (we will ensure that you are given a receipt for money collected).
Big thanks go to the Serkul 1 for hosting the event & for providing the hot & sour soup free of charge to all who wanted it. Also they worked hard in the morning to clear the beachfront of the plastic debris that had washed up over the previous few days.

Tinx, your welcome, was going to spend a fortune travelling to London to see Pompey take on West Ham, decided not to go and wait another week until the Fulham game instead, the money I would have wasted on that lot has gone on the sales instead and you got the difference!

I would like to thank my other and better half for standing in for me at the swim,that morning i slipped and damaged my back so had to pull out but she very kindly stepped in and took my place,thanks hun x

Thanks to everyone who took part or supported the Splash. It was a great result. Unfortunately we missed it yet again as we were in UK (well thats our excuse

) but we were in phone contact on the day and everyone seemed to have a brilliant time. Thanks to the Serkul 1 for being great hosts and a special big thanks to Mark and Jo and the rest of the committee who did all the hard work
