We regret to advise that Custom Flights ceased trading earlier today.
When you made your booking with Custom Flights you paid a small charge (either £1.00 or £2.50 per passenger) for ATOL protection which means you are entitled to claim a refund through the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
The CAA provide instructions as to how to make a claim on their website.
Link to CAA Make a Claim web page.
You will now need to make a new flight reservation with a different flight provider.
We strongly recommend you book this through Travel Republic without delay as capacity with other flight providers is limited.
TEMPORARY ADDITIONAL NOTICE
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT CUSTOMERS WITH A CUSTOM FLIGHTS BOOKING DEPARTING AFTER 1 MAY 2010 SHOULD AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTION AND TAKE NO ACTION AT PRESENT.
WE UNDERSTAND IN MOST CASES YOUR FLIGHT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER FLIGHT PROVIDER.
WE ARE CURRENTLY AWAITING FURTHER DETAILS AND WILL THEN BE DIRECTLY CONTACTING ALL CUSTOMERS AS SOON AS WE HAVE CONFIRMATION.

fingers crossed......
