Who? Why?

Who on earth has designed the new area where the Dolphin roundabout was and Why?? Also the traffic lights have gone. It was dangerous before but now!! If the cycle racers come again this year God know what they will do this time.  I Notice they have taken away the one at Migros in Fethiye and today saw 3 rows of traffic trying to turn left at the same time today. Crazy.

So I'm assuming it is more dangerous to cross the roads there now.
Like it wasn't dangerous enough.

its the third attempt to get it right,Ive seen the kerbs re-laid 3 times, typical of councils around the world waste money where ever possible.
It would be cheaper to put a simple roundabout back. Also how many times was the finnansbank ATM moved 3??????

Yes I agree, the roundabout WORKED! Adding the traffic lights achieved nothing apart from exhaust fumes filling the Meri Bar from cars that wouldn't be sitting there if the traffic lights hadn't stopped them there. The obsession with roundabouts AND lights is ludicrous - almost as bad as the junctions with traffic lights ON roundabouts. Blimey, you wait for your light to go green, pull onto the roundabout only to get stopped on the roundabout by another red light.

In that case, leave it as it is.
