Oh Janet im sorry to hear about your sister-in-law, I hope she recovers and comes out of hospital soon. Things will be awful for some time but as cheers says things do get easier with time. I lost my brother too I was 14 he was 15 (im now nearly 30) but I also lost my boyfriend to Murder a few years ago, i went through a harrowing time, but i have come out the other side and i am with a wonderful man now, and i feel blessed that i was given the chance at being happy again. thanks for your messages of support - they really do help. My sister-in-law is likely to be in hospital for quite a while as she's in a pretty bad way.

Went to weigh in this morning and put on 2lb which I am more than happy with under the circumstances.

Well ladies i put 1lb on, and im really not impressed, ive done everything this week that i did the week before when i lost 3lb so i dont get it

glad your home safely puma x its called minimins.com its a general forum but its solely dedicated to dieting, it has sections for Weight Watchers, Slimming world, Atkins, lighter life, all sorts, really helpful xx Weigh in tomorrow, bit scared as i was drinking ALL day yesterday! ah! x

lost 1lb at weigh in today - not a lot but I am pleased as I am now back on track BUT I'm off to Turkey for 3 weeks so I'll probably put on again - Ah well such is life !!

Well done Janet, considering everything thats fantastic. x i lost 2lbs yesterday really happy with that 10lbs to go before Ibiza in June (my friends hen weekend) and then i want to loose a few more lbs before turkey in september! xx

Well, I won Slimmer of the week and a HUGE fruit hamper last night!
After 3 weeks I lost 1 and a half pound,:( then a half:(, then last night 4 POUNDS!
Feel a bit happier now!
Next week should get my half a stone certificate! WOO!!:D
