Hello all, NB don't worry about your little blip.  I've been off work for a few weeks and have been comfort eating but I'm back to work tomorrow.  I've given up on SW and am trying (again) to exercise more and eat less, good old-fashioned willpower.  Anyway, have booked my next flights for Turkey and that's probably the best incentive for me - just the thought of being fit and healthy and able to enjoy all the swimming, walking and sunshine out there is hopefully going to keep me on track this time.  Best wishes, Bridge xx

Well done GB.
It is a great feeling getting 10% of your body weight off.  I know from my diabetic check that it made a difference to BP, Sugar levels and cholesterol. So you have made a difference to your health.
Although I am sure you feel it and don't need me to tell you.

I also know how sick I feel trying to get back to it for a second time.
I had a couple of good weeks followed by a bad one this week.  Lost 3.5 found 2.5.  So 1 lb over three weeks:-\
I had my trip to Jersey to see my new granddaughter and had to celebrate.  I had lost a pound when I got back but I always have a delay before weight shows which meant I suffered this week. On top of that I was so tired that I didn't have the energy to get organised.
Confession over : :) ;)

Well Done ladies. Once again I havent lost an ounce. I walked 20 miles last week, (obviously not all in one day). Training to do this Midnight walk for the hospice. I think I must be training wrong, and not drank enough water. I have terrible water retention and my ankles are really swollen. After much discussion at group, they have told me to drink loads more water. So next week I should have lost some..(please God!) If not Gawd only knows..Have a Great Week Ladies. xxxx
