I lost 1.5lb this week.  Like you NB I am struggling.  Why does food taste good if it not to be eaten????

Happy to report that Fast Forward works and I lost 6.5lb, the exact amount I put on last week..so pleased. xxx

Well done Heather and slik, fab fab news well done. I was doing brilliantly up until yesterday (monday) and now today ive slipped and had some crisps and a piece of lemon cake, and Ive got weigh in tomorrow! Ahhhh Havent been to the gym this week either because ive trapped a nerve in my neck and cant move! I'll see what happens tomorrow! Good luck all xxx

That sounds painful NB, how have u managed that? Hope that gets better soon for you. I have it in my head now that if I can just get to a new stone Zone it will give me the incentive to stick at it. Just 8 and a bit weeks to get into holiday clothes (sorry =(  )

I lost half a pound this week.  I have been fairly good during the day but I am still struggling at night.
13 days till I fly and I would like to get back to what I was last year.  2.5 lbs this week..can I do it????

Hi all well done on your losses, I put on 2.5lbs last week, heaviest ive been now in 4 years, so im extremley urinated off to be honest! I just cant get into it :( got my friends wedding friday and I feel like a heffer! ahhh why is bad food so nice! xxx

After putting loads of weight on since September hols and thinking I could do it alone, I have joined BLC (biggest loser club) on line.After my 1st week I have lost 4lbs.Am pretty pleased but have been really strict with myself,hope I can carry on,as only about 6 weeks off hols now.

Hi All
This is my second attempt to write this to you,my first copy was more like a saga I nearly finished it I pressed something and it vanished.!!!!and it took me a long time to compose with my one finger.!!!short and to the point this one .went home for Xmas 2weeks....problems at home with both parents,flew back last week....went slimming Calis put on 4kilos sooooooooooooooooo went back to my books got purple one out which says first week,notepad writing everything down like I used too,
The veg over here will really give me a good start just put tray of all mixed peppers and onions in oven,also found jar of red peppers in brine vinegar cant stop eating them,glad to be back here again speaking to you all xx speak soon

Hi NB glad to see you back, enjoy the wedding, worry about it next week. You know how focused you can be, and you'll turn it all around after i,m sure!! Hi Christine and Jul seems we are all on the get thin for hols routine. 48 days for me, and I,ve got to lose at least a stone, fingers crossed.  Take it you are doing SW Jul, It's a yellow book now, just drop us an email if you need to know owt. Also if your on facebook there are loads of great SW sites. Diet Momma and Cheap SW meals. The biggest loser Club, havent heard of that one Christine, what do you have to do? Havent seen Heather on here, so hope she is doing ok.Hope everyone has a great week.xxxxx
