Aww it awful when you have been good and it still doesnt show. I thought water was the answer,another myth out the window..lol. Sure it will show next week for you. 70 per cent, in Kipa..im impressed. Hope your having a good week NB,Heather and BB, along with the rest of you ladies. Back to it!!

Hi Ladies, well done on the losses and never mind on the gains, Jul thats exactly what you gotta do enjoy your treats and get back on the next day, I didnt do that for months but feel back in the zone now, had weigh in last night and I LOST yay 3.5lbs!! so happy I was jumping up and down! just need another week of back in the zone!! xx Good luck all for this week xxxx

WOW,Well done Nutty Bird, it proves when in the zone it really does work !! BUT its getting into the zone and staying there,I am yo yoing at mo   but things can only get better.... hope you are all having a good week x

COmpletely agree Jul, I wasnt in the zone for months, and it was really getting me down, but then I was eating because I was low, vicious circle as always! Im hoping for another good week to keep me spurred on! Good luck all. Hope you all have a lovely weekend xx

3.5lb NB well done. I also lost 3lb this week, how good are we!!  I really wanted to get in my new stone zone, but it wasnt to be. Have to keep at it, holidays are only 28 days away.Hope everyone has a great week,

Well done NB, you are doing brilliant, we just have the jubilee weekend hurdle to get through and we will have cracked it!! Lost 1.5lb myself this week, the new stone zone still escaped me, and I weighed in at blah stone exactly..still cant fit into my holiday clothes, but I can get them on..Hope the rest of you ladies are all doing well, lets hope we all have a good week and the scales are our friend again next xxxx

Hi all, Nuttybird and Slilmrs what ever you are both doing please send some my way ....... i am very naughty, did not go as i knew i had put on.. do i feel guilty? yes i do.its evening with me at mo!!!  12.oo last night having a bowl of cornflakes,its some thing i dont normally have..mind you i got out of bed to have this,when i finished got rid of the evidence, but who am i trying to kid!!!!!I MUST TRY HARDER THIS WEEK.Hope you all carry on having good week speak soon xx

2 off for me. Just 2 away from 2 stone. Moved from obese to overweight re BMI - whoop whoop. Unfortunately on holiday in Scotland from Saturday do weigh less should become a gain quite quickly!

hi all, Gorgeous well done. Slik I dont think im going to have a good weigh in tomorrow, I had quite a heavy weekend but been on it 5 days out of 7 and have been hitting the gym hard, so we shall see tomorrow! Your right about the Jubilee weekend, plus im off all next week, we are going for days out and then going to brighton for a weekend (LOVE brighton), but this sunday we are going on the Thames for the pagent, as I won tickets in the Sun Newspaper how cool! cant wait! just hoping I dont get sea sick! ha ha! will let you know tomorrow once Ive had weigh in.
