Wow you guys are doing great.. :)

I have fallen right off the plan.  I had two weeks holiday, caught a virus and had a week off work, sitting or sleeping,  not eating sensibly and generally breaking every diet rule.

Result==3.5 on tonight.:(

2 weeks holiday heather with ONLY a 3.5 gain thats bl00dy brilliant hun! I went away for a week and gained 9lbs! so dont worry strike a line through it all and start a fresh tomorrow! YOU CAN DO IT! I only lost 1/2lb this week, was a bit disappointed but its a loss, and this next week will be the test with all the Jubilee celebrations and im off all next week on holiday (not going anywhere just at home) so need to be so strict! Good luck all, Heather you can do it xxx

Lost 1.5lb this week, and reached a stone, not the official one, but a stone since I joined in January, then had a break (down!) so Just another 1.5lb for the last week before my hols. Hope everyone is having a good week xxxx

Weigh in tonight 3.5 on in 2 weeks- And I enjoyed every ounce of it! Now back to the task in hand 3 weeks until our Trip to Turkey and I have a dress purchased for my brothers wedding in August and I am not giving in- I will be wearing it and will put the picture of me in it on here to prove it! That is saying something as I try and avoid having my picture taken......

If I am really brave, I will nip in to get weighed before the airport on Monday. Have spent the week in bed on anti biotics, but am happily feeling a lot better. Hope everyone has a great couple of weeks and the scales are kind to us all.

Take Care Ladies
Bernie xx

Hi all been very naughty and not been weigh in for the last 2 weeks, but am going tomorrow so will report then, just not been into it again, I seem to have a few weeks of being back on it and then I loose it again! Its so hard as we have no kitchen! Renovations! So im ok at work in the day but when I get home its easier to get a takeaway, but my dear mum has stepped in and is cooking dinners for us, so now all I have to do is take them home and heat them up! ha ha. Oh im gutted to hear its 45degrees in Turkey, lovely for the holiday makers, but this is the first year we wont be going to turkey, or anywhere, no holiday for us because of the renovations and im having withdrawal symptons already! xx
