at long last i decided to try and lose a bit of weight,we(my friend) joined a rosemary conley class last week and got weighted, nearly collapsed, was told i needed to lose a stone to start with, then we do salsacise
ok not bad, to start with we stood at the back and after nearly falling over each other, managed to do a few salsa steps :) then we lost it.we lost all contol of our limbs did not now whether we where coming or going, until we bumped together 8)
we ended up the last 15mins doing our own thing:P: :)
the instructer asked us after class how we felr 'i said knackered, back ached and my knees [xx(]
but she said we would get better each time we went ,and that she had enjoyed our freestyle :o

I fancied joining that just for a laugh but we don't have a local class.  The nearest is about 23 miles away.  What is the diet like??

Well done Puma, my friends do the RC diet and is loving it shes nearly lost a stone now and she started in December. Im doing Slimming world, the extra easy diet, I did well before crimbo, then gained 7lbs, then last week i lost 5.5lbs and this week 2.5lbs woo hoo! very happy and enjoying it. I walk every day, to and from the station, so its about 30 minutes each way, which i find really helps tone up and keep off.I had been doing weight watchers for 3 years and lost 4 stone, but just felt like i was always hungry, so i switched over to Slimming world and im really enjoying it, id like to loose another stone before the summer. Keep up the good work! xx

Hi

I'm doing Slimming World also but only my second week.  Lost 3 1/2lbs after first week.  Can't believe how much you can eat and can have bacon, chips(slimming world style of course). Also doing the Extra Easy and can certainly recommend it.
Puma would like to see some of RC's menus if you can post them

Hi Janet, SW is great isnt it, you can eat so much cant you, I love it!  :) Its hard to get your head round the Extra Easy, but it does work. I dont tend to 'syn' through the day I save them up, so if i slip at the weekend, im sort of covered you know. For example last night I had Gammon, 2 eggs, spag in tomato sauce and cubed potatoes done in fry light and cooked in the over and it was gorgeous! and its all free!  :) Good luck with it Janet x

Thanks NB - I just love chips, roast potatoes, saute potatoes and its great being able to eat as many as I want without feeling guilty.  Fortunately I'm not a pudding person so don't really want sweets.  Not yet missing chocolate.  Have you tried the meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta?  Yummy

Yes please Puma.  I haven't ruled out going to Glenrothes yet.  It is a horrible road but the weather is improving now.
I have been  fighting a weight problem for years and tried them all.  I now have side effects from pills to deal with.  A laugh would do me good ;)
