hi there NB, thanks for the welcome not a regular on the site but this may have to change. think that you need to get "your slimming head on" to really shift the pounds and SW is (in my opinion) just the best way. have BBQ tonight for the footie, would usually just go and eat whatever, but have got out piece of chicken to take (free) and 2 Bowyers 50% sausage (2 syn),will be driving so diet coke for me. also always good to have people to chat to like minded.not meaning to advertise and hope i do not upset Scunner, but have you heard of this bloke and his sausages, SW approved. have not tried them, but will give them a go when back from holidays. http://www.joessausages.co.uk/

now put away the choccie bikkies and get into the zone..... happy dieting x

hi there nb, well good, but not as good i could have done, lost a pound and only one more weigh in before my 2 weeks in calis. now if i were to really put my mind to it i am sure that i could do the 3 that i need to half a stone. i am going to really go for it this week. dont know if i said earlier, but i have promise to go to Olu and do the jump from the top of the mountain with my neice. nothing could be more embarrasing that not to be able to hoist myself up into the seat. looking forward to doing it but really quite scared as well, should i know better at my age??? probably!!!
so come on you, you need a good week to try and retreive some of last weeks gain. good luck with it, lots of super free foods for you and for me xx go for it and good luck x

Thats brilliant hun, well done 1lb is still alot. You can get those last 3lbs off for next week. Im aiming for at least a 3-4lb loss next week to get the majority of this off. Back on it hard now, had my muller light yoghurts (strawberry) this morning and mango and pinapple and for my lunch I have made a ham and chicken salad with lots of mushrooms, cant wait! im hungry already but im filling up on squash and tea lol. WE CAN DO IT  :) xxx

You're both doing so well.  It's really hard to get back into dieting after a holiday.  I managed to pull my weight gain back over a week or so, following our week in Calis.  I'm back on track now.  (Weigh in tomorrow - could do with a good loss this week!)

School are sending me to Germany (not that I'm putting up too much of a fight!) at the end of next week.  We'll be away for almost a week, staying in hotels.  All very nice, but not if you're trying to lose weight.  I've really got to try and stick to the diet whilst we're away - I don't want to undo all the good work I've put in since early March.

We're off to Calis for a month (kthy flights permitting!) at the end of July.  I so want to be at goal, or at least VERY close to it, by then.  People are really beginning to notice my weight loss now, so I feel great.  I was bursting out of size 16 clothes when I started the diet; now size 14 are quite large around my middle.  I'm even a 12 in some things!!   :)

I MUST STICK AT IT!!!!  :D

Your doing fantastic Julesbob! well done! what a fantastic feeling it is to come down in clothes size isnt it, I was a size 18 but really going on a 20, all i used to get was " but you carry your weight well because of your height (5ft 11)" but i was like "are you serious, im huge!" and now im a 14 on the bottom and 12 on top and have been for a couple of years now, my goal is just to be a 12 in every shop you know. Well done again hun and you will be fine in Germany, stick to it as much as you can but dont worry about the odd slip ups xx
