hi to you all, here i am back again after 2 weeks holiday in Calis....wow, was it hot or what, thoroughly enjoyed it though and am now showing off my tan!!!

did consider the lovely little lads with their scales, but thought better of it, have jumped on since i have been home though and it all looks good, will have to see what SL scales say on Tuesday.

did the Oludinez jump, all that i can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!! it was an experience, i have done it but think that next year i will stick to the boat trips :-)

glad to see that you are still sticking with it NB.

will keep you all up to date with losses (hopefully) after tuesday. now it is back to the washing and unpacking!!
xx

sorry to be sitting here all smug!!! but after 2 weeks in Calis, weighed in last night and i have maintained. there i was all ready for at least a 2lb gain.
come on puma, not sure what plan you are following, but get the shopping in, do some planning and get back on track.  we all know that it is the right thing to do.
come on nb, back on track for your holiday, 5 weeks could equal 10lbs, which we all know.
here i am spouting, but now my holiday is done and another 50 weeks to wait for another one i will have to work hard at keeping myself motivated, luckily we have just the best consultant at our class, she keeps us all going. got taster night next tuesday, really looking forward to some brill ideas. and i have found lost weetabix cake receipe.......ummm yum!!

And me please!  I love weetabix, and I'm sure that is what's really aided my weight loss.  Two every morning - they're just so filling!

Also, cutting out the bread has been a big part of my diet.  It's not easy in Turkey though - I just love the bread over there (specially the big, fat "blown up" one with garlic butter!  Yummy!)  :D

here you go girls, the fab and famous slimming world weetabix cake

2 weetabox
4oz sultanas
5fl oz skimmed milk
5 fl oz water
4oz self raising flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice (or more if you like)
1/2 oz sweetener (optional)
1 egg

1. preheat oven 180 C, 250 F, gas mark 4
2. put weetabox and sultanas in a bowl, pour the milk & water over top and leave to soak up liquid.
3. stir in sifted flour, spice, sweetner (if using) and beaten egg.
4. line 1lb loaf tin, pour in mixture and bake for 1 1/4 hours until cooked.
5. cool and cut into 12 slices.

3 1/2 syns on all slimming world plans.

can be sliced and frozen, beware though if kept in tin will grow a really nice green coat haha.

hope that you enjoy it.

strange, but i have found that uk bread really makes me feel "bloaty", but turkish bread.......... nope really does not have that effect on me. ummmmm

xx keep the faith one and all xx
