Here are 7 pictures of European trucks whose trailers are decorated to look like the sides are missing and the products they are hauling are painted on the sides and back.

I don't no what a curtain side trailer is, but on closer inspection I think you are right
as it seems to be the same truck in each picture

It's a 'Photoshop job', if you look every single truck is at exactly the same point in the road, -look at the trees. Even the blurred trees asr the same, just blurred in Photoshop
