We managed to see it on http://www.uktvaccess.com/

Did you see the subsidence around the pool at least half a metre deep following the rains during the week.

We thought that it was a balanced report considering how appalling the situation really is.

How does the pool manage to escape the law which condemns it as unsafe? Why would you pay 360,000 pounds to somebody who is breaking the law?

If any money is paid there will be pools springing up all over the place waiting for well intentioned foreigners to buy the freedom of the animals.

Some local businessmen have obviously invested a lot of money in this venture and want to recoup their losses! The pool looked an absolute shambles.

The item on the television was very informative and accurate.Well done to Nichola and everyone who is fighting.

And then some! There's no way the entire costs for this ill advised project come anywhere near £360,000 - as is quite usual it is people looking for opportunities to make big money for doing next to nothing.

It's pretty much "OK I accept I'm an unsavoury git so pay me to go". Vile.

I wonder who built the pool and what they charged for it!

How do they explain a bill of 360,000 pounds?

If I was a local Turkish local I would like to know what was paid for the land and where the money went to , also who financed the pool!

Blood money/ransom money, not sure which.

Didn't Hamish McTurk pay for the pool to be built?

I am afraid he may have. I am sorry if he did as he may have not been fully aware of what the consequences of his actions where. People need to make a living in tourism in Turkey but need experienced guidance when taking on a venture like this.

I like Hamish and hope that he does not pay too dearly for this if he did indeed invest in it.

It would be good if there could be some sort of compromise to settle the situation. The dolphin need to be moved and the pool may be able to be used as a public swimming area/lido maybe!

The compromise is already offered. 360 grand and we'll go. Money money money - Hamish and all of them.

I would not pay a penny! It would encourage other places to try blackmail tactics with animals!

If you invest in a business the risks are there. The place is operating illegally and escaping the law!

I am a mother and grandmother and no way would I put my families health at risk in this place. Even the health minister in Turkey has tried his best to put a stop to it operating!

Cem Tar built the pool - and they are owed the money for it and have sent the Bailifs around. If I was the Dolphin Park owners I would be sueing Cem Tar for that work - what a disgrace but seriously there is a legitimate concern that the pool may collapse in on itself.

NO ONE is gonna pay these guys for the Dolphins - rest assured on that score. People have to take responsibility for their own bad business decisions.

Anyway, just had a phone call from Donal to say thank you - we said thanks very much to him too. We are extremely pleased with the way the report was presented.

I asked him about a link to the report for Facebook for those in Turkey and he said he'd get the web team on to it so I have sent an e mail to him with a link to the group - or maybe Ameera his wife and new member on our FB group will add the link.

Born Free PR Director has just been in touch and said that the coverage will go out tonight at 10pm as well. I forgot to clarify with Donal when he rang.

Also just a had a chat with Vince from the Sun who is working on tomorrow's article.

Hey ho and there may be coverage in Wednesdays Sun too...

Hopefully the story will spiral and other news channels will cover it - if so please do let us know

Thanks
