Tuned into ITV London through Sky last night.  Well done to all concerned, it was a great piece.  We only wished it could have gone out nationally.  I note that Sky News are running a piece about Animal Cruelty in China today, which was very sad.  Perhaps  they may feature the Dolphins soon.

I know the advice is to stay positive and do what we can but this is very difficult given that our largest national newspaper and the news service of our capital city have highlighted the shame and barbarism of this, the Turkish authorities have condemned it as a very grave health risk and humans should under no circumstances be allowed to enter the water - and yet every day humans pay to enter the water. Surely one policeman stationed at the "facility" and it's game over.

But no, it's still there, still morons come, still money is being made. Can't it be stopped in 2 minutes, if they really wanted to?

We have uncovered links from this company to the others that were given the original license to capture the Dolphins in 2006.

This means that powerful, wealthy and potentially dangerous people with Mafia connections are involved.

Yes it could be stopped in one moment and ongoing pressure right this minute on the people in government with that power is meeting resistance.

We however will not concede or capitulate.

I think many of us will have considered the Mafia element, and concerning as it is, we will not be playing a roll in any of their silly movie blockbuster type tactics. Onwards and upwards.

I think you are correct flipflop2 but with the greatest respect it's ease to say so from the safety of the UK.

If indeed it means that powerful, wealthy and potentially dangerous people with Mafia connections are involved, then I can only hope and pray for those on the ground in Turkey who are risking so much.

Please take care everyone.

It would be great if it would stop now, but it isn't, so we just have to keep plodding on one step at a time and keeep telling folk to boycott the park.

Good evening Highlander, lets not get too carried away. I lived in Turkey many years and would never sit on the fence now I am back in the UK thinking "I am alright Jack" - Like you say the safety of everyone is paramount and I am sure that with such sensible people involved with this campaign there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

And to you flipflop2.

I did not meant to imply that you were sitting on the fence and I was fairly sure that you would agree that the safety of everyone is paramount.

My worry is not for what the sensible people who run the campaign will do but what the powerful, wealthy and potentially dangerous people with Mafia connections might do.

Hopefully they will not do anything stupid when the eyes of the world are on them.
