Have just received the following reply from laura.stansfield@wdcs.org
Please be assured that we are lobbying the relevant people to try to prevent this from happening.  If you hear of anything new occurring please do inform us as soon as you can.

I will be in touch again soon once we hear of anything from our end.

Obviously people are working very hard behind the scenes to get this stopped so please carry on doing all you can!!

This is the first I have heard of this-this is awful-so hope it doesnt go ahead.  I think the people from Kas doing this are crazy.
I just cant believe this- and I also believe that the tour companies will not support this.  I feel however a lot of turks will visit this (just because they dont undertsand how bad this is for dolphins), which is a worry.

I think there are a fair few Turkish people who would say that they thought the same about the British!

More Turkish people have signed the online petition than any other nationality.

There are quite a lot of things going on behind the scenes at the moment and sometimes it seems quite hopeful... we just need to keep up the pressure and anyone who wants to meet with Keramettin and raise their concerns about this, his door is always open...

The council is split on this but they genuinely believe that it will be popular with tourists, I hope they wrong but maybe it will be!

The most important thing to have happened recently is that the WWF will now carry out a comprehensive investigation and produce a full report although this will take some time.

Good news about the Mirror coverage.
