onur air no baggage allowance
« on: March 27, 2010, 12:05:41 PM »
Have just received my tickets for my Easter flights with Onur and it states I have no baggage allowance,I have just been told that we are booked for 15 kilos each, but they are not going to change my tickets but when we check in the airline will have the info saying we are entitled to baggage, has anyone else ever had this happen to them, I can just see them rubbing their hands together at Dalaman when I turn up to come home with 20/30 kilos that they think I am not entitled to! Does anyone think I should insist on having new tickets issued, I am really worried about this!
Thanks for any help.

Our itinary says the same. If you look at the actual breakdown is says that you are entitled to 15kgs. Can't see even Dalaman trying to get away with a plane full of passengers?

Thanks for reply I have had another look and where it says baggage it says 0 kgs! Hopefully if the whole flights tickets have been printed like this, then like you say surely Dalaman would not try to charge a whole flight.

Aegean informed me that this does not apply to the people who booked before 1st July 2009 and were promised 15kg of hold baggage FOC. They also apologised for any confusion. As yet I do not have my tickets, only revised invoices. I will take the e mail and original paperwork as evidence. In case of problems at Dalaman there is normally a H4U rep circulating the queues at check in.
