Once upon a time over 900,000 people were either holidaying or carrying out business in the northern hemisphere of the globe, the day eventually came for them to board a flight and head for their home countries; whilst another 900,000 people were eagerly and excitedly preparing to board flights to far off lands.
Unbeknown to  the lower minions the powers of the world were in deep discussion after receiving a coded threat against all flights flying European air space, this threat was carried out by the terrorist splinter group of CBF.

The higher powers not wishing to panic 2million people decided in their wisdom to cancel all flights making europe a no fly zone.orld wide high ministers got together in secret  discussions, when Bozo1 came up with a brilliant idea.

Bozo1
" look here old chaps, that volcano in Iceland, the one with the funny name, been erupting for the last monthis there anyway we can use it to our end?"
Bozo2
"Jolly good call Bozo1, expected sunami will do the trick"
Bozo3
"Um not sure joe public will fall for that one, why not tell them it may cause toxic rain endangering flight?"
Bozo4
"um, that could panic ground lubbers, "
Bozo5
"I have a spiffing idea, we tell joe public the smoke from the volcano is causing adverse visibility"!
Bozo1
"brilliant, one problem, why would that ground all flights"?
Bozo2
"I may have the solution Bozos, it is a large ash cloud and drifting, covering all europe, it has happened before on smaller scale"
Bozo3
"Fantastic, we can also have planes and helicopters flying round the volcano taking photos to prove the eruption, they will all fall for it"

And so the wheels by the European Bozos will be put into motion.
It suddenly occurred to one of the Bozos of the looming elections, "I need every vote, with all those voters stranded we need to get them back, I know lets use the Royal Navy, they are doing nothing better than looking for Sea Pirates"
Now there hangs a tale.

Cynical Loz

Just looked out of my window, there is a haze over the land tonight, this is caused by the warm and glorious weather we are having under the ash cloud, the haze is covering the Solent Channel.

NEWS FLASH
This is bad news for anyone looking forward to visiting the Isle of Wight.

All Red Funnel Ferries have been cancelled for the foreseeable future, however, I do have access to a few ropey canoes for the more adventurous   8):D ;)

I am really sorry to have learnt that CBF members have zilch imagination, this is a great shame.

To all those with no imagination-
Long live the bear in the beach hut (Koca Calis) hope you all survive the freak waves of at least 10ft sweeping unsuspecting public out to sea.

(now don't upset me by telling me that is not a true story)[:o)]

Loz - I find that I have to use my imagination on an increasingly regular basis ;)
