Yes I know that it's not yellow and yes I know it's not brick but what I do know is that it is yet another appalling example of how the Council waste my money.

If the signage is anything to go by it is a cycle/pedestrian path.

Thing is, it goes through a carpark:(.

...and looking at photo 1, God help any cyclist passing when the light blue car reverses out, almost totally blind due to what appears to be a large black van next to it. How refreshing to see a council who are happy to take risks in these times where councils generally suffocate us all with Health & Safety cotton wool.
