I have just been notified today that my flight with saga airlines on 5th september from newcastle has been cancelled just 10weeks before we are due to fly,and the agent I booked with cant find another flight to match up with the hotel dates Ive booked the hotel cant take me any earlier so Ive had to cancel the hotel and lost £74 for that ( not their fault I know ) plus all the online card charges for flights hotel etc. are non refundable. nice little earner really.now Ive had to rebook more flights and pay it all again,really sickening when they have had your money since January.
