Fethiye Seyahat ( www.fethiyeseyahat.com )do the Fethiye/Bodrum trip. There are about five or six buses a day. Journey time is about 4 hours :)

4 hours, as TE says, sounds about right. How to book? Go to coach office - Kamil Koc, Pamukkale, other - a day or so before. Cost? Surprisingly little - surprising, that is, if it is your first time in Turkey. Air conditioned coaches, complimentary water and lemon cologne, and a pleasant route - especially when descending from the Mugla plateau with what must be one of the best views in all of Turkey. Sit back and enjoy it.

As Tribalelder said the journey is about 4 hours from Fethiye to Bodrum. I looked at a couple of sites and the Kamilkoc didn't work properly. I'd say a ticket would be around 20/30TL. The easiest thing to do is to go the the otogar and go into the offices and ask there. You can find out the times and prices, and book a seat if necessary.
