Convert UK car to gas

Does any one know if you have your UK car with you on holiday and driving it back can you convert it to gas !!!!!!!!. Just wondering would customs say any thing any idea,s [?][?][?]

You may have difficulty gettings parts in UK for Turkish conversion.

I know that when you have your car converted you have to change your car details officially, so whether you would be able to change the details of a UK car here I don't know.... but wouldn't think so.
