Gempa is probably the biggest supermarket in Calis on the road opposite the Aqua Park.  All the small markets have the things you will need and will be open very late.

From Sunset we normally got to Tansas or Migros on he Dolmus for a big shop and then go to the small supermarket on the main dual carriageway near the bus stop for the odd bits & pieces -sorry cant remember the name of it -- just to note small shop on site can buy the essentials but is very expensive alright for bread & milk
