I also have the PC493 flight booked for Sept, same times from Dalaman to Gatwick on a Monday.
I sent them an e mail about this flight & has it been changed to PCT 1417. I have had a reply saying they have changed the details, but.....it is exactly the same. Confusing or what!!!!
I shall wait till the next reply and if need be, give them a call to try and get some sort of conformation.

I am thinking of booking some flights with Pegasus, have never used them before am little worried now after reading this thread has anyone had any good experiences with them?

I flew with them in June and apart from the flight No change everything else was spot on? Comfy seats, lots of legroom, no pestering to buy, served your meal and drinks and then they went behind their curtain! If you wanted anything you pressed the button, brilliant!

Have you tried emailing them to see if that flight has been changed?

I mentioned earlier that we had been notified that my daughter's flight had been changed to 04.10 on 30.08.10 but when we told our transfer company of the flight change, they were adamant that that Pegasus flight would depart at around 07.30. I rang Pegasus this morning and they insisted that she was due to fly at 04.10. She has just rung me from the airport in tears, the transfer driver kept falling asleep at the wheel and yes, you've probably already guessed it, there are no Pegasus flights until 07.10!! She is now sat, very upset in the check-in hall waiting for 3 hours or teh desks to open. There doesn't seem to be anybody else there who was told 04.10 so what on earth is going on??

Dropped our  daughter and three grandchildren off at Dalaman this morning for their Pegasus return flight back to Manchester. Flight PC491 time 7.10  when they checked in they have been put on a flight to Gatwick but their luggage has gone on the Manchester flight.They were not given any explanation and they were told they dont know how they are going to get them back to Manchester.Awfull!

I am now waiting to hear which plane my daughter ended up on, she mentioned that there were 2 to Manchester, one going via Gatwick,am keeping everything crossed that she got the direct one. I have a feeling that that was her original flight number.

Can someone please post Pegasus's number on here I have flights booked with them for quite soon and am very very worried after reading this thread have never used them beforecso do not have any numbers.

Pegasus Airlines Customer Contact Centre 0090 212 444 0737, the trouble is, after my experience, you can't rely on what they are telling you. They were insistent that my daughter's flight was due to go at 4.10 yet it wasn't on the board until 07.10.
