Hello from Tom and Teresa currently in Cumbria, we are returning to Calis area for 3 weeks at the begining of October, primarily to look for a property to purchase in the area, so might be asking for a fair bit of advise in the near future.

we only found this site after we had bought,but it as helped us loads since.
