The excercise class at the Kaan Hotel is Dance Excercise, 5L per session starting 10am on Fri 19th Nov.  Please get their 15mins early on the first session so we can discuss level of excerise.

Thanks for help we called phone no in ad was told it is 10.30 but u correct about getting there early sould be fun we will give it a go. as wife sed bread doing bad things to her tummy (not that I would ever say anything like that and live) hope to see u there? :-\

Scott sory to here about the loss of your dog mate must have been a lot of sad faces about in September :(Cinders very cold at nite but who lovely and warm in the day hope it stays like this for a bit but no probs will keep dogs warm they have a nice big house.
